Hello! Thank you for completing this survey as part of our monitoring and evaluation of our project. The survey asks some questions about you and your background, and your practices of working with families. 

This is NOT a test and there are no right or wrong answers. Your feedback will help us to make our offer as good as possible for children, families and settings, and help us make sure that our project best serves your learning and development needs. We are keen to hear your honest opinions.

The survey should take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete. Taking part in the survey is entirely optional.

 

Data protection and confidentiality: All the data you share will be saved securely according to data protection law (GDPR). Any personal information you share will be made anonymous by our evaluation team and no participants will be able to be identified from it.

Your personal data will NEVER be shared with anyone outside the National Literacy Trust. Your anonymised responses will be used for our programme development activities and in communications with partners and funders, in documents circulated, such as reports, leaflets and other documents which are also available to the public, on websites (including social media) as well as in the wider media (newspapers, etc.). NO ONE will be able to identify you from these responses.

If you have given us any personal information, you have the right to ask us to delete your responses at any point without giving us a reason.
